Set up an Appointment.
If you’re ready to sell your clothes or luxury handbags, make sure to call the store to set up an appointment at
Bring in Items.
Bring in your freshly laundered clothing and accessories. Our Pricer will evaluate your items while you wait.
Selling Process.
Once your item/items sell, you will make 45% of the selling price. The items that we keep will be displayed on the floor for 60 days.
Get Paid.
Checks are available to pick up the 15-20th of each month or you can use your balance as account credit. We only mail checks for those who live outside of Charlotte, NC.

What's the Difference Between a High-End Clothing Consignment Boutique and a Thrift Store?
While the two terms are often used interchangeably, the difference is that thrift stores are typically non-profit and operate to support a cause, ministry, or organization. A consignment store, however, is a re-sale store that offers sellers (or “consignors”) money for their gently used, high-quality items.
Now, what does this mean for you? Since thrift stores tend to operate by donation and consignment stores choose the items they stock, consignment stores tend to have higher quality and more luxury brand items to choose from.
