Service Description

Our Standard Drop is ideal for clients with a medium-sized wardrobe to consign. Over 2 hours, we’ll review up to 59 pieces, discuss pricing, and ensure each item meets our consignment standards. This appointment gives you time to bring a larger selection while still keeping the process efficient and enjoyable.


Cancellation Policy

Arrival & Timing: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Each consignment slot is reserved for the specific duration you booked: - Mini Drop - 30 Minutes - Quick Drop – 1 Hour - Standard Drop – 2 Hours - Extended Drop – 3 Hours Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid affecting subsequent bookings. Item Limits: Please adhere to the piece limits for your selected appointment type: - Light Drop - Less than 30 pieces - Quick Drop – 30–40 pieces - Standard Drop – 50 pieces - Extended Drop – 70–100 pieces Exceeding these limits may require scheduling an additional appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for rebooking. Preparation Guidelines: To ensure a smooth consignment process, please: 1. Bring items clean, gently used, and in good condition. 2. Have all clothing and accessories organized for review. Expectations: During your appointment, our team will review each item, determine resale potential, and discuss pricing. While we strive to accept all quality pieces, final consignment decisions are at our discretion.
